Since July 2008 our Packaging services PharmaServiceCenter in Großbeeren has held the manufacturing licence in accordance with § 13 of the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG). In addition, we fulfil all applicable guidelines of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice). The manufacturing licence entitles us, for example, to replace leaflets, to change pack sizes of medicinal products and to carry out labelling. As a back-up for our PharmaServiceCenter in Binzen, unfolded and pre-folded leaflets are also produced in Großbeeren.
PACKAGING
Do you wish to package your pharmaceutical products again? Faller will consolidate two or more packages for you and pack special packages individually in accordance with your wishes. For both packaging and re-packaging, since the goods are already in their primary packaging, we are able to process liquid, semi-solid and solid products in any batch size.
RE-PACKAGING
Do you have to re-package something, for example, as a result of regulatory requirements? Faller will unpack your ready-packaged pharmaceutical goods and re-package them. This service includes replacing folding cartons and leaflets and creating new package sizes.
LABELLING
We convert text into Braille on folding cartons or label packaging, in particular with Bollini or Belgian labels, the latter is manufactured in our Labels PharmaServiceCenter.
ASSEMBLING
We manually assemble pharmacy displays etc.
